Daylight Savings Office Hours
Reminder: Daylight savings starts March 12th, 2017. Don’t forget to set your clocks forward 1 hour! Beginning March 13th, the leasing office will be open on:
Saturdays from 10am-5pm
Water Shut Offs and Consumption
We have heard many of your concerns about the water shut offs and have decided Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 am to 2:00pm will serve as our water shut off times for routine maintenance or emergencies. Shut offs will not be done every week, unless needed. Thank you again for your suggestions!
Please also keep in mind, everyone must do their part and conserve water where they can to lower the water bills! Visit Austin Water for water saving tips:

Dumpster and Recycling
With our new enclosures in place, please remember to not leave trash on the grounds or outside your front door. If a dumpster is full, please return when space is available. Residents will be charged a $500 fine for any furniture items left at the dumpster or anywhere else on the property.
Note: Boxes must be broken down before being placed in the recycling centers, located in front of building 16 and behind building 5/4. The recycling centers are for recyclable items only. No landfill trash is permitted in these receptacles.
Renter’s Insurance
Accidents happens! To make sure your belongings are safe, check your renter’s insurance policy to ensure it is current and updated with the office.
Portable Washing Machines
Portable washers are NOT permitted inside apartments. The buildings’ plumbing system is not designed to accommodate the water flow required for washing machines. Our laundry facilities are located at Buildings 5 and 19. If a portable machine is found in your apartment, you will be charged a $100 fine and will be required to remove it immediately. If damage is caused to your apartment or neighboring apartments by the portable washing machine, you will be held financially responsible for all damages.
Fire Extinguishers
Fire extinguishers should be kept in unit in a common area (e.g. under the kitchen sink) in case of emergency. For your safety and the safety of your neighbors, any fire extinguisher seen outside your front door will be removed and place inside the apartment by a Westdale Pointe staff member. In the event of a fire, please call 911 immediately.
Patios and Breezeways
In order to enhance the appeal of our community it is the responsibility of everyone to maintain the common areas and breezeways in a clean and neat manner. Patios and balconies must ONLY contain: patio-type furniture, bikes, and plants. All other objects must be stored in the storage areas (e.g. clothing, strollers, garbage, etc…). If you are unsure if an item is permitted on the patio, please ask an office staff member. We will be more than happy to assist with personalizing your space per the community policies.
Pets Policies
Please remember that your furry family members also need to follow our community policies. Pet Owners must pick up after your pet each and every time. This is not only a lease agreement violation, but a violation of city ordinances. Your pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of your apartment and they cannot be left unattended on your patio. Every violation of these rules will result in a $35 fine that will be due immediately. Unauthorized animal in your apartment will be an automatic $100 fine. To avoid this fine, please visit the office to add your pet to your account.
